CT fine foods is a new and growing company based in Tropical North Queensland. From our humble beginnings with a hand rolled-pasta machine to our current production kitchen, we have maintained a hands-on approach that has made CT fine foods a name synonymous with quality. We are committed to bringing you the freshest, most creative and unique flavours to awaken your tastebuds and excite your palate.
At present, we produce a range of dried pasta, pesto, ravioli, ricotta gnocchi and dukkah. All are made by our chef - with imagination, carefully selected local ingredients (where possible) and a bit of a twist. No artificial nasties are added to our any of our products. Our packaging is designed to maintain freshness and quality.
